Plant Manager – Redmond, WA
King & Prince Seafood is seeking outstanding candidates for a key leadership role as Plant Manager for our processing operations in Redmond, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a world class team and grow our business in the value-added seafood manufacturing industry.
What you will do:
The Plant Manager proactively leads and manages all aspects of plant manufacturing operations to achieve the business objectives of King & Prince Seafood. This position provides leadership and inspiration to create a high-performance plant operations team responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality seafood products.
What you need:
• Bachelor’s degree, engineering or food science preferred
• 10 + years’ experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Multi-shift/line food processing and batter/breading protein processing experience preferred
• Technological proficiency with current manufacturing best-practices
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate, engage and develop team members
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
